TOP TEN DUCKS
Here are my TOP TEN DUCKS
- Mallard - Ubiquitous but amazing - males very randy. All Mallards are brown in the summer
- Tufted duck - Like the one you have in the bath - but not yellow
- Goosander -Beautiful plumage
- Golden Eye - Always surprising every winter
- Gadwall - Looks smooth, serious and knowing
- Teal - Small like me
- Wigeon - Lovely colours
- Pintail - Slim, sophisticated and beautiful
- Shoveller - Mallard with a long snout
- Mandarin - Is it real?
Silly ducks - why don't they go to Spain like everyone else?

My favourite is either the Tufted or maybe the Common Pochard (which aren't).
I like a ruddy duck meself. Very dapper. Oh, and any duckling.
OOps I forgot the pochard - they don't seem to move about a lot, just duck and dive.
All ducklings are wonderful aren't they?

Not round here they're not!!
I like Manadarin Ducks, and Carolina Wood Ducks.
